3. User Accounts

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You must be at least 18 years old to use this Service.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

4. Content Ownership and Rights

You own your stories.

• Your IP: You retain full, exclusive ownership and copyright of all text, audio, images, and other data you upload, input, or submit to the Service ("User Input"). We claim no ownership rights over your personal history or raw data.
• AI Output: The Service processes your User Input to generate formatted stories, text, and images ("AI Output").
  • Assignment of Rights: As between you and us, you own the AI Output. We hereby assign to you all right, title, and interest we may have in the AI Output.
  • No Copyright Guarantee: You acknowledge that laws regarding the ownership of AI-generated content are evolving. We make no representation or warranty that AI Output will be eligible for copyright protection or that you will be able to enforce exclusive rights over the AI-generated portions of your stories.
• License to Us: To provide the Service, we need permission to process your data. You grant us a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, copy, process, and display your User Input and AI Output solely for the purpose of operating the Service, generating your memoir, and providing features to you.
• Family Sharing: If you invite family members to view your content, you are granting them read access to your stories through our platform.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to generate or store content that:

• Is illegal, harmful, threatening, or defamatory.
• Infringes on the intellectual property rights of others.
• Contains hate speech, harassment, or explicit violence.
